January 15: Artist’s Talk to AAUW “Bricolage”

Bricolage is considered the highest form of creativity. It means making well with what you have at hand.

Please join me on January 15 at 2 pm at the New England Tropical Conservatory for a talk about bricolage and to see the exhibit of portraiture and still life examples from my first eight years of painting. 802.447.7419 for the conservatory hours—ask for the charming Mr. Bruce Evy and he’ll tell you everything you want to know. Though the talk is specifically for the American Association of University Women, they have generously opened their meeting to the general public for this one.

Only a very few of the paintings are for sale, but it is a good chance to see some old favorites that were lent for the event from private collections. And it’s a chance to meet some wonderful people and celebrate the artists that we all are.
